Nasser Yousefi
Phd in Educational Psychology
My name is Nasser Yousefi. I am a child and adolescent counselor, a senior specialist in humanistic education, and a children’s literature author. I hold a degree in Clinical Psychology from Iran and a PhD in Educational Psychology from the United States. For more than 30 years, I have worked alongside children, adolescents, and families, supporting emotional growth, stronger communication, and healthier relationships at home. Many parents come to me feeling worried or unsure about how to support their child , whether they are facing anxiety, behavioral challenges, emotional withdrawal, or the pressures of growing up in today’s world. I want parents to know they are not alone. My work is grounded in humanistic psychology, which means I focus on empathy, respect, and emotional connection. I believe children grow best when they feel seen, understood, and safe. Parenting, in my view, is not about control, but about companionship and growth. Over the years, I have also collaborated with organizations such as UNICEF and UNESCO in the areas of early childhood education and promoting a culture of peace. Working with families from diverse cultural backgrounds , including immigrant parents raising children between two worlds , has given me a deep appreciation for the challenges families face today. My goal is to help children grow into secure and emotionally healthy human beings, and to support parents in feeling more confident and connected along the way

Reyhaneh Sheikh
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
If you are a parent dealing with anxiety, self-doubt, and the feeling of struggling to hold everything together, you are in the right place. You might be navigating parenting (or single parenting), ADHD, or burnout while trying to make sense of neurodivergence in yourself or your family. I support women, parents, and teens who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or stretched thin, and want more clarity, emotional balance, and a steadier way of moving through daily life. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I understand how daily life can feel heavy when navigating parenting and neurodivergence in both yourself and your children. My work is relational and psychodynamic, exploring how early experiences, family dynamics, and diagnosis or underdiagnosis shape emotional patterns. Together, we build insight, regulate overwhelm, and create more sustainable ways of relating to yourself and others. My work is trauma informed and culturally sensitive.
