Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective on January 1st, 2026

 

Nuran Clinic values transparency and fairness while recognizing the importance of therapeutic boundaries and clinician time.

1. Individual Therapy Sessions

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice are not charged.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), are charged in full.

• Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions; the full session fee still applies.

 

2. Group Therapy, Workshops, and Programs

• Registration fees for group therapy, workshops, or multi-session programs are non-refundable once the program has started.

• If cancellation occurs before the program begins, refunds may be issued minus a reasonable administrative fee, unless otherwise stated.

• Missed group sessions are not eligible for refunds or make-up sessions.

 

3. Insurance and Reimbursement

Clients are responsible for confirming insurance coverage except for refugee clients. Nuran Clinic is not responsible for denied or partial reimbursements by insurance providers. Nuran Clinic will directly connect with blue cross for refugee clients.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional situations, refund requests may be reviewed at the discretion of Nuran Clinic. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis with fairness and care.

5. Changes to Services

Nuran Clinic reserves the right to modify services, schedules, or clinicians when necessary. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternatives or appropriate adjustments.

These policies exist to support a safe, respectful, and sustainable therapeutic environment for both clients and clinicians. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
