These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services and website provided by Nuran Clinic. By accessing our website, booking services, or participating in any programs, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of Services

Nuran Clinic provides psychotherapy, counselling, group therapy, workshops, and educational programs delivered by qualified mental health professionals.

Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

2. Therapeutic Relationship

Psychotherapy is a collaborative process that requires active participation. Outcomes vary, and no guarantees are made regarding results or symptom improvement.

Participation in therapy or programs does not create a relationship beyond the professional therapeutic context. Any connection between the clients and our mental health professionals beyond the therapeutic context is prohibited unless permitted by CRPO's Code of Ethics.

3. Eligibility for Services

Clients must:

  • Be legally capable of consenting to psychotherapy services

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Engage respectfully with clinicians, staff, and other participants

Nuran Clinic reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if they are not clinically appropriate or if boundaries are violated.

4. Appointments, Fees, and Payment

  • Fees are communicated prior to service delivery

  • Payment is required as outlined at booking

  • Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms

 

5. Group Therapy and Workshops

Participation in group services requires:

  • Respect for confidentiality of other participants

  • Adherence to group agreements and facilitator guidelines

Nuran Clinic is not responsible for confidentiality breaches by other group participants, though expectations of privacy are clearly established.

 

6. Online and Virtual Services

Virtual services are delivered via secure platforms; however, no technology is entirely risk-free.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring privacy on their end

  • Using secure internet connections

  • Informing the clinician of technical difficulties

 

7. Website Use and Content

All website content (text, graphics, logos, educational materials) is the intellectual property of Nuran Clinic and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Website information is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute therapeutic, medical, or legal advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuran Clinic is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Outcomes related to misuse of information

  • Interruptions or errors in website or online services

Professional services are delivered in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, but no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

 

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

 

10. Changes to Terms

Nuran Clinic reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
